"Cathedrandola." Now, that's a lofty sounding name for what is essentially a fake resophonic instrument! It is pretty stylish, though. What's interesting is the structure under the cover plate. . Instead of a metal resonator diaphragm, there's a recessed disc of spruce, complete with braces on the inside. Overall, the sound is mighty weak compared to a regular resophonic instrument, but it is a classy sort of tone. . .
