All dressed up and ready to party, this concert size uke has a distinctly Hawaiian body shape with some Mainland style touches such as the multiple celluloid purfling and binding, and a bit of fancy pearl inlay. It could be the cloudy old finish, but I don't think I've ever seen koa look so much like walnut, especially the gray coloring. But then, maybe it's walnut that looks like koa. . .
